Provides the option to allow the user to choose which tab window is to be displayed on Screen Pop. Also provides the option to Screen Pop to either the 'New History' window or 'New Note' window within ACT!.

There are known issues with the ACT! v21 API.  v22 of ACT! has resolved these issues, therefore it is recommended that users upgrade to v22 or higher  

Issues with v24 of Act! 64 Bit where Show Contact / Popping doesn't work

 

Notes / Advisories

If the integration supports caching, please note that cached integrations support up to 30,000 contacts. The live mode method would need to be used for larger directories. Performance will then be determined by a number of additional factors including network speed and application API specification.
