Note, this integration is cached only. This integration has been updated and now must be configured using your unique API Key. Contact your support team for the latest version of the integration. 

The Freshdesk API is limited (by Freshworks) according to the version of Freshdesk taken, and the rate limit you have been given.  We advise you to use the "Minute API Rate " if you want to use this integration, please contact Freshworks to confirm your API Level.  The effectiveness of integration is a product of the number of users, number of contacts and level of Freshdesk taken (Blossom, Garden, Estate, Forest).  Hourly limit API - For 10 integration users it is effective for between 2,000 contacts (Sprout) and 10,000 contacts (Forest).  Halving these values as you double users.  Minute limit API - For successful caching of contacts, 3 integration users would require a Blossom level or above, 10 integration users would require a Forest level.
